Early Registration Discount $10 discount on the $100 application fee to all vendors who complete the application and payment process by June 1st.
All applications must include payment.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
All vendors may only sell Arts and Crafts products that are 100% handcrafted by the applicant.
NO commercial products are allowed.
This is a rain or shine event.
In the event of inclement weather, application fees will NOT be returned.
Booths are 10’ x 10’
Application fee: $90 if application and payment are received by June 1st. The fee increases to $100 after June 1st.
Application deadline is Monday, June 15th.
All vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, canopies and display materials.
All canopies must be weighted as a safety precaution.
All boxes and packing material must be stored out of sight.
All tables should have a tablecloth or covering
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area neat and clean.
All vendors are responsible for their own NY Sales Tax and will submit a copy of their tax ID with their completed application.
Vendors may not rent/sublet their booth space nor may they act as agents or dealers for other craft persons.
Vendors may not share booth space with another exhibitor.
All vendors are required to clean-up their area at the end of the day.
All applications must include full payment, a copy of the vendor’s tax ID, and photos of the vendor’s work.
The Jury Committee will review all applications and notify selected vendors. Selection will be based on quality, artistry and craftsmanship within the category and also consider balance of represented categories.
Application fees will be returned to vendors who are not selected.
